Dear Guides,
Sorry for the very very late notice but for tomorrow's session (11/11), Farewell will be ongoing from 2.00 - 3.30 and you'll be having 30 minutes of performance time and one hour of a party! (Schedule has been uploaded under "Session"!)
Following that, the new guides have already been told what to prepare and as for the Sec 2s and 3s, you guys would be passing Artist Proficiency Badge! This only requires you to bring along your imagination and probably pencils you might want to use(: Once again, sorry for the late late notice!

There are still quite a number of you who have yet to collect your cookies! Please collect them at the guides table tomorrow morning before morning assembly. Try your best not to be too late as it requires time to lock up the room and everything before we go for morning assembly. Alternatively, the sec 2s and 3s who will be attending session tomorrow can collect them during/after session. If any of you are unable to make it tomorrow morning, please inform one of us as soon as possible so that we will not wait for you.
Also, if any of you have unsold tins of cookies, do let us know as there are some guides who need more tins than they ordered at the moment. Thanks(:

Sec 2s who have passed gadgets will not be required to attend tomorrow's session but please let your respective secretaries know who you are. They will have to submit the patrols' orders to the secretaries by this Friday (16/10), 8pm so please cooperate and make your firm decisions quickly! PLs would also have to hand in the money for the photos as a patrol (yup, including Sec 4s as well) to the treasurers by next Wednesday (21/10) and yup, it's up to them how they want to go about collecting the money from you, just be cooperative(:

We know many of you have been wondering, and it is with deep regret that we inform you that AA '09 has been cancelled due to time constraints ): As the confirmation was only made recently, sorry for not letting you all know ealier! It was a really tough decision made on the ex-CLs and sec fours' part and we hope you all understand.

It will be up to your discretion what time you feel you have to leave class and get ready but please bear in mind not to keep the rest of the guides waiting and be punctual(: Should anyone, for any reason, be unable to meet us at 12.50pm, please inform at least one of us asap!
Also, some patrols have not submitted a guides t shirt design and if a request for an extension hasn't been made, please do submit your designs asap, to be fair to those who have submitted theirs on time. Thank you.
